We are delighted to announce that Birch Heath Veterinary Clinic have been awarded the RCVS ‘Outstanding award’ in Client Service.
The RCVS is the governing body for veterinary surgeons and the Practice Standards Scheme is awarded to practices which comply with strict clinical criteria and demonstrate high levels of care for their clients.
Lauren Jones, Practice Director, said: “We are all delighted to have been awarded accreditation by the RCVS; the team works really hard to give our clients excellent clinical care service and receiving such recognition has given us a strong sense of pride. We have only just really acknowledged that we got the award as we received it just as COVID hit. We thought it is now the right time to give the staff the recognition they deserved.”
