At Birch Heath we are happy to take referrals from your registered clients and after contacting you to discuss we can offer appointments Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 and 5pm with next day availability.
If you are a veterinary surgeon, and would like to refer one of your registered clients, please complete the online form below providing as much information as possible. We require the history from your practice to be attached to the online form.
This will generate an email request, which are reviewed daily by our vets and replies are normally given the same day with a phone call to yourselves.
Following this conversations can be had with your client if you feel they are appropriate for referral.
Following completion of the referral case at Birch Heath the owners will receive any advice and treatment instructions in documentation at discharge, a copy of which will be forwarded to yourselves alongside the referral summary letter within 48-hours. They will also be advised as to the need for further examinations by ourselves or the referring vet.
